Description

Have you heard about our INCREDIBLE MetroParks Volunteer Patrollers (MVPs), and always wanted to join the team? Are you passionate about serving your community and making a positive impact?

MVPs play an important part in achieving MetroParks’ mission to protect the region’s natural heritage and provide outdoor experiences that inspire a personal connection with nature.  MVP volunteers enhance MetroParks’ ability to foster understanding and enjoyment of the natural and cultural heritage of our area and ensure that all of our visitors have a safe experience on our trails.

Welcome, current MVPs and new recruits! On Saturday, March 23rd, we are holding the Annual MVP Training with the goal of providing important updates, distributing supplies, providing training on the patrol areas, and promoting togetherness.

READY TO REGISTER? Please see the training agenda below, and click YES above to RSVP if you're available to attend (RSVP Required).

DO YOU QUALIFY? To be eligible to attend this training, volunteers must be 18 years of age or older, complete their volunteer onboarding qualifications, receive an eligible background check, and have completed the virtual MVP Training. Click here to complete your volunteer onboarding qualifications and click here to review and complete the virtual MVP Training.
