Get Connected Tech Tip: Customize Your Communication Preferences - You're in Control!Are you receiving too many or too few communications from us? Did you know you can customize your communication preferences in your Get Connected volunteer account? YOU are in control. To view and adjust your preferences, log in to Get Connected and click "Edit Profile" from your User Menu. You can easily find this by clicking the drop-down menu next to your photo or initials. From there, scroll down to "Data and Communicaton Settings" and click "Manage My Preferences".  Here, you can choose which types of emails you'd like to receive - opting in or out based on your interests. We recommend enabling as many notifications as possible to stay informed, but you're free to tailor your setting to best fit your needs. Be sure to toggle both "Email Blasts" and "Volunteer Notifications" to "ON", so you don't miss out on important updates. After that, you can fine tune exactly which notifications you want to receive.  Not receiving any emails from us? Check your Get Connected inbox available in your User Menu. If you are receiving emails here, but not to your personal email, its probably because these emails are being recognized as SPAM or JUNK. Check your junk files for emails from galaxydigital.com and if you find our emails there, be sure to mark them as "NOT JUNK" or "NOT SPAM". This should ensure they come through the next time.
