Carriage Hill Historic Farm welcomes the community to an event celebrating a Victorian Christmas and its many traditions.
Christmas is a time for family and traditions to come together and form memories. Join us on Saturday, December 13, during this seasonal event and help bring the holiday to life at Carriage Hill. This event has a daytime and a nighttime component so visitors can create holiday decorations, try holiday foods, watch demonstrations from our Historic Blacksmiths and Woodworkers, and enjoy the many aspects of the holidays in the 1880s. The evening activities include a candlelit Christmas evening bringing the park to life with luminaries, a firepit, refreshments, and holiday activities. Visitors will stroll through the farm and experience what it was like during holiday evenings in the 1880s. Volunteers help make this seasonal event and life on the historic farm engaging and fun. Welcome guests to a holiday experience to remember.
