It truly takes a village of dedicated volunteers to ensure your Five Rivers MetroParks meets its mission to protect the region's natural heritage and provide outdoor experiences that inspire a personal connection with nature. 
In 2021, 576 volunteers dedicated nearly 12,000 hours to your MetroParks and the community. All April, National Volunteer Month, Five Rivers MetroParks will be celebrating our volunteers, sharing their experiences, and providing information on how to become a volunteer on our metroparks.org website and metroparks.org social media, as well as here on Get Connected.
