Thank you for your interest in supporting volunteer opportunities that involve utilizing our MetroParks woodworking equipment. New Woodworking at Cox Arboretum MetroPark volunteers can be onboarded any time during the year.

ARE YOU ELIGIBLE? This opportunity is open to individual, long-term volunteers, ages 18 and up, who have completed their volunteer onboarding qualifications (Volunteer Handbook Signature, Completed Volunteer Profile) and an eligible background check. Step 2: Complete Equipment Quizzes

Step 3: Complete the In-Person Training and Demonstration of Safe Equipment Operation

Once you have completed the steps above, a Volunteer Coordinator will contact you to share the next steps for completing your in-person training for the Woodworking at Cox Arboretum opportunity.

Once your (Volunteer Role/Opportunity Name) qualifications are complete, you can begin signing up for opportunities!
